Description
This is a piezoelectric disk which is used to pickup sound from musical instruments and devices. This is made up of selected copper which ensures excellent conductivity and long lasting use. As it gives out analog output you can connect the output to comparator circuit to give out digital output of you can connect an ADC to directly connect to the microcontroller you are using. It can be easily installed and suitable for many kinds of instrument like acoustic guitars, drums as it is small in size and reliable enough to handle any rough use too.
Features:
Piezoelectric Material: The sensor is constructed using piezoelectric materials such as quartz, ceramic, or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), which generate electrical charges in response to mechanical deformation.
High Sensitivity: It offers high sensitivity to mechanical vibrations and acoustic signals, making it suitable for precise sensing applications.
Wide Frequency Response: The sensor has a broad frequency response range, allowing it to detect a wide range of vibration frequencies.
Compact Size: Its compact and lightweight design enables easy integration into various systems and devices.
Durable Construction: The sensor is built to withstand harsh environmental conditions and mechanical stress, ensuring long-term reliability.
Application:
Vibration Monitoring: The sensor is used for monitoring vibrations in machinery, structures, and equipment to detect faults, anomalies, or performance deviations.Specification
