Description
ESP8266 NodeMCU 12E Servo Shield
This NodeMCU development board contains a full ESP8266 WiFi module with all the GPIO broken out, and a power supply all in one breadboard-friendly package. The NodeMCU is an open-source project and board is pre-flashed with NodeMCU - a Lua-based firmware for the ESP8266 which allows easy control via a neat scripting language - Lua - so you're ready to go in just a few minutes.
Furthermore this item includes the motor shield that can be used to drive DC Servo motors with an operating voltage of between 4~12V DC. Naturally, you need to connect external power for those motors.
The shield also brings out all the I/O pins to 2.54mm pitch inline header pins for easy access.
The Node MCU Motor Shield is an expansion board that allows an Amica ESP8266 NodeMCU (V2), ESP12E Lolin and ESP32 30 pin Board to drive DC Servo motors. We have seen how to drive a DC servo motor using other methods which can require a lot of wiring. For an embedded application, like a Willy robot, Robotic ARM, Bipedal Humanoid robots, you will have to drive several motors in parallel. There are Shields for this purpose which will simplify the assembly.
Made in India ESP 32/12E Node MCU Motor Driver Shield. The shield also brings out all the I/O pins to 2.54mm pitch inline header pins for easy access.
